At TLD Coaching we offer a range of services, our primary service though is our 1-2-1 offering. We specialise in body fat loss, athlete development/performance and exercise after injury. Included in our 1-2-1 offering is 1-2-1 personal training, nutrition coaching (look at nutrition coaching page to see what is included here), weekly check-ins, habitual coaching, tailored exercise programming, access to bespoke app and/or TLD Coaching gym log books.

Each client becomes a priority, each session is bespoke to YOU, and you pay for more than just your session time with the TLD Coaching team. With each package we offer and expect each coach to help outside of your designated time slots with them, whether that’s a phone call, emails or contact via a messaging service. All our coaches will go above and beyond to get you the results we, you and the TLD Coaching team, expect.

Increased Accountability

Having to attend an in-person session makes you do what you need to do for your goals. Part of the issue why people don’t achieve their goals is that they don’t do the activity they need to.

Having an expert there next to you when you train ensures you do so safely but teaches you to do so efficiently too. We can advise on movement irregularities and help perform exercise safely for you, but also get the dedicated face-time for YOU.
